The staff and counselors at Madison Falls High School work to provide the highest level of student satisfaction throughout their experience with our program. Our main objective is to ensure each student is satisfied with our free online course and graduates are pleased with their high school diploma package they receive from our school. Our committment will continue to graduates throughout their lifetime as each diploma package offers free verification services for life. Should a graduate be displeased with their high school diploma package, we want to hear about it.
To ensure the graduate gets the proper attention needed to resolve an issue, we prefer they call our counselors directly from the number provided in their diploma package. Once they have reached one of our staff, we'll want to learn what it is that the graduate isn't entirely satisfied with.
For instance, it could be that the package was damaged upon transit to the graduate or in a rare circumstance be missing a particular item that is included in a standard diploma package.
Upon learning from the graduate of their issue, our counselors will look to resolve it quickly and effectively so as the graduate will be pleased with their diploma package and be able to benefit from their high school diploma. If the graduate should still be unhappy and suggest there may be no solution, our staff will be happy to assist the return process of the diploma package.
Each high school diploma package comes complete with a 30 day full refund policy. Once our staff has verified that the graduate meets this requirement and is only interested in returning the package, they will instruct the individual in how to return the package to our high school headquarters for a full refund. There is a $15 return processing fee that will be deducted from the total refund amount to the individual. Shipping fees to our facility are non-refundable.
If an individual has paid with a credit card, they can expect to receive their refund placed back on the original card within three business days from the time our staff logs that we have received the return diploma package. If an individual has paid by money order, they will receive a refund check in the mail within fifteen business days from the time they log that we have received the return diploma package. In certain circumstances, our staff may be able to be more flexible with the 30 day guarantee. Please call us in order that we may work to accomadate the needs of your special circumstance. |
