1. How much does your program cost?
Enrollment and the online test course are entirely free. There is no obligation or fee to continue in any part of the program. There are likewise, no fees to log into an account that was created previously but the program wasn't completed. If a graduate student would like to order their high school diploma package, the total excluding shipping is $249 and this includes FREE 2-Day USPS Shipping. They must first complete the free test program in order to be eligible.
2. How long will the program take and when can I expect to receive my diploma?
Our online testing program is unique because it allows students to proceed at the pace they desire. A student can either move as quickly or slowly as they like. There are no time limits or penalties should it take however long to finish the test platform. On average, graduates who have ordered their diploma package, receive it within 2 business days from the time they place the order. The time difference depends on the shipping choice the graduate selected when completing their diploma package order.
3. Is your program accredited?
Our online high school offers a unique opportunity for those who wish to earn a high school diploma in a short duration of time. Since our program is designed in an accelerated format, it is not accredited by a national accreditation agency. It is however accepted by most employers due to our lifetime verification services and our acclaimed membership in the Capitol Network for Distance Learning Programs consortium. Our school methodically follows the rules of our governing organization which enforces strict educational guidelines to ensure the academic needs of students are being met. Our school also encourages students looking for an accredited diploma to be wary of websites that offer an accredited diploma that takes less than 2 months to earn. There are no online programs that are accredited which can be completed in a week or by life experience only. Those who say they can are fraudulent.
4. How will I benefit from taking the program online?
Traditional schooling can be expensive and is extremely demanding of a student's time. Our online school provides an affordable alternative to a traditional high school environment as the course can be completed entirely online and the only fee is the graduation package. The online platform additionally allows students to work at their own pace and from the comfort of their home. Our school provides an equal opportunity for students who can't commit to the demands of traditional schooling yet need high school diploma certification.
5. What do I do if an employer needs to verify my education?
When a graduate orders our high school diploma package, they will receive contact details that can be used to reach our counselors. When they have a potential employer or individual requesting verification of their academic achievement, they can use this number to reach our staff and set up the call. The graduate will then receive instruction on coordinating the call between the counselor and the particular individual who is requesting verification.
6. Will I receive a diploma or a GED?
You cannot receive a GED online. The GED can only be taken from a certified testing location in your local area. In order to take the GED test, you must schedule a time with a GED counselor, pay the fee and alott 2-3 hours of time for the test. The free testing program our school offers will award an online high school diploma to graduates who successfully complete the course and order their diploma package.
7. If I order my high school diploma graduation package, what will I get?
Our diploma package offers students the security of education verification. Each package includes a phone number that the graduate can use in order to verify proof of education. The graduate will also receive a fine quality high school diploma and high school transcripts displaying the scores for each subject they completed.

When a graduate orders their diploma package, they can use the following methods below for payment:

9. What can I use the diploma from your program for?
Our high school diploma is accepted by most employers, organization and institutions. Many of our graduates go on to further their education or seek employment/promotion after earning their diploma from our online school. We do suggest that our graduates always check with a potential organization or institution prior to earning their diploma from our program. This way they can ensure that the particular facility will accept the high school diploma. Additionally, many graduates use our diploma while they continue their higher education or for self gratification.
10. What if I am not satisfied with the diploma package?
If you are not satisfied with your diploma package, let our staff know within 30 days from the time you received it. We will work to resolve any particular issue that is in reason. Our priority is providing the highest level of communication and service to our graduates. If we have tried to resolve an issue and the graduate would still like to return the package, our staff will help assist this process and issue a refund upon receiving the package at our school headquarters. Return shipping is non refundable and there is a $15.00 processing fee for all return orders.
